Given the above framework, Skoch Development Foundation called for papers from domain experts, practitioners and academicians. Our editorial team scrutinized the papers received and the authors of final list of accepted papers were sent invitation to present papers at the 19th Thinkers and Writers Forum. The authors presented their papers amidst an august and elite gathering which provided them an opportunity for academic discussions and deliberations.

All the authors, whose papers were selected, got a complimentary invitation to attend the 35th Skoch Summit. Selected papers from the Forum may also be considered for publication as deemed fit by the organizers.
